Import Directions

To import rosters into Hy-Tek

1. Generate your .SD3 file using the "Generate File" tab on this page.
   
   
2. Create a Hy-Tek Database with no teams.
   
   
3. With your database open in Hy-Tek, go to the "File" menu and select Import -> Entries.
   
4. Click on the .SD3 file you created, then click Open.
   
5. Click the OK button in the SDIF information dialog.
   
6. Leave the default options selected and click OK on the import entries dialog.
   
7. The import will be performed. You will get an exception for each athlete you are importing (because they are not being entered in a specific event at the time of import). You can disregard the exceptions and X-out of the exception report window.
   
8. The import file progress dialog will show you how many teams and athletes were imported. Click OK to close it and you are done with the import.
   

Generate File

Use the form below to download an SD3 file with the rosters of one or more teams that can be imported into Hy-Tek Meet Manager. Select the teams you wish to include, then click the "Generate .SD3 Import File" button to download your file.

Name for File: (optional, i.e. "Wednesday's Meet" or "Conard v. Hall")
